At Prima Homes, every home we build is a custom design to suit the specific needs of the client. We take pleasure in being able to have a display home open to show the public our craftsmanship and quality of work, the attention to detail and level of specification from fixtures and fittings, floor treatments and much more.
We have amazing clients who also allow us to show their home to potential clients via private appointment. If there is a specific style of home you would like to see, often we can arrange a time for a viewing.
In some of our previous display homes, we are able to show how you could achieve a stunning house on a site that was once classed as difficult or not an ideal situation. Narrow lots and sloping sites are some of these scenarios.
Our ex-display home in Como was on a 10m wide block with a 5m slope from back to front. Through the design process, we were able to create a three-level home that felt light and spacious.
In Claremont, we are able to showcase an 8m wide block with rear laneway access on just over 200m² of land. This home is jam-packed with features, internal courtyards, rooftop terraces, 42 course high ceilings with wrap around highlite windows.
